Michael C. McMurray, has served as a director since October 2018 and serves as Chair of the Organization and Compensation Committee and a member of the Technology, Innovation and Risk Committee. Mr. McMurray served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LyondellBasell, one of the world’s largest plastics, chemicals and refining companies, from 2019 to 2025. Prior to this role, Mr. McMurray had a nearly 11- year career at Owens Corning, a global manufacturer of insulation, roofing and fiberglass composites, where he served as Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer; Vice President, Finance for the Building Materials Group; and, for the final seven years, as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Owens Corning in 2008, he had over two decades of finance experience at Royal Dutch Shell.
