Thomas B. Okray, has served as a director since April 2023 and serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee. Since 2021, Mr. Okray has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Eaton Corporation, a multinational intelligent power management company. Prior to this role, Mr. Okray was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Grainger from 2018 to 2021 and the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Advance Auto Parts from 2016 to 2018.
