John R. Friedery, has served as a director since August 2007 and currently serves as a member of the Organization and Compensation Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. From January 2008 to January 2010, Mr. Friedery served as Senior Vice President; President, Metal Beverage Packaging, Americas and Asia, for Ball Corporation, a provider of metal and plastic packaging for beverages, foods and household products, and of aerospace and other technologies services. From January 2004 to December 2007, he served as Ball Corporation’s Chief Operating Officer, Packaging Products Americas, and from April 2000 to May 2004 as the President, Metal Beverage Container operations, as well as other leadership roles in Ball Corporation since 1988. Prior to his employment with Ball Corporation, he served in field operations for Dresser/Atlas Well Services and in operations, exploration and production for Nondorf Oil and Gas.
